Every now and then I like to go back to my old university campus where I can work in relative peace and quiet around other people who are in study mode. It really helps me focus. Lately I've stumbled across a real distraction though: pretty Asian girls. For some reason, at my university, there's an overwhelmingly large Asian population and a guy doesn't need any kind of Asian dating site to find a gal - or at least I don't think so.
While it seems most men are after younger Asian ladies, it would almost be a crime to not point out all the amazing benefits of dating older Asian women. I think I can speak from experience as I have dated a girl from Thailand and another from China - both relationships were admittedly rather short, but even still, I have had experience with younger women from the Far East without ever using Asian dating sites.
I noticed I've been writing about Asian dating quite often. It's really not that surprising since Asian girls are an undeniably attractive lot. They have a certain exotic mystique to them that you can't help but want to explore and discover. I wonder if western ladies feel the same way about oriental men. Do they find Asian men attractive as well? I found the answer to that during my recent trip to the Philippines.
The recently concluded Beijing Olympics placed China on the world's center stage once again and I've noticed a surge in traffic on Asian dating sites not too soon after that. I guess a lot of people were introduced to the beauty of Asian ladies and are now looking for a cute oriental girl of their own.
Recently, I've had the opportunity to go out on a few dates with a real Asian cutie. While not much has happened in terms of sparks flying, I do have to say that I've had some very interesting conversations with her. It's great to have someone to talk to that shares the same kind of interests and what I really like about her is that she's willing to open up about a lot of things that she has gone through. I met her on an Asian dating site that I joined after a friend of mine pointed out her profile to me.
For a while, I had been thinking about one thing and one thing alone, getting together with a steamy Asian hottie. When single, I'm generally the type of person who likes a wild fling or two before settling down again, so going out and looking for a casual encounter is nothing new for me. One night, two nights a week even, no problem. For some reason, though, this quest felt different than your typical adult sex dating, and that's probably because it was so specific.
Sometimes I can great pretty "out there" with my fantasies. You've seen the movie Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, right? Well, I think it was when I saw that movie that I had my first Chinese fantasy, but I'm still waiting for the kick-butt, kung fu fighting chick that's going to make my fantasy a reality. I should probably just check out some Asian dating sites and see if I can find her there.
It's hard these days to find a person who you feel compatible with. I mean, at the end of the day, all someone really wants is to have someone who agrees with you on the basics of life. It's nice to disagree with people, but if you're going to be in a partnership with someone it seems important to have a common focus. It's been a long time since I had that. The last time I had a relationship like that was with this Asian angel whom I spent almost a year. I'm wondering if I might be able to find someone like her on an Asian dating site, but it's probably unlikely to have that kind of thing more than once in a lifetime.
